Refund Policy
1. Aperçu
The current policy regarding the payment procedure and the conditions for the payment of the compensation are agreed for the IPTV services of Flixonova Media Inc. (« Flixonova », « nous », « notre » ou « nos »). Our objective is to guarantee a transparent reimbursement process, to ensure the satisfaction of our clients, and to maintain the practical commercial practices.
2. Period éligible au remboursement
Politique de remboursement de 7 jours :
The clients request a subscription for their services IPTV with the demander's payment and complete payment after the September (7) day of the calendar year's initial date.
3. Conditions for remboursement
Request for reimbursement :
Pour demander un remboursement, le client doit contacter notre support client dans le délai de sept jours. The demand does include the name of the client, the information about the reason for the demand for reimbursement.
Not transferable :
The politique de remboursement s'applique uniquement à l'abonné initial et n'est pas transferable.
Payment method :
The remboursements are used according to the method of using the payment method.
Delai of catering :
After approval of the demand for payment, it will take place within 5 and 10 days before the payment is made visible on the client's account.
4. Exclusions du remboursement
Renovations :
La politique de remboursement de sept jours ne s'applique pas aux renouvellements d'bonnement. Less remboursements ne sont possibles pour le premier achat de l'bonnement.
Partial refunds :
Partial repayment is due to the period of non-utilization after the expiration of the day.
Problems techniques :
If you require reimbursement, please ask for a problem technique, we invite our clients to contact us for service assistance. We are now committed to dealing with the problem techniques that arise from not being responsible.
5. Termination of service
The clients are expected to be responsible for their service after the end of the day because of the recovery procedure according to the conditions d'utilisation. Passé ce délai, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
